The car, a "65" Ranchero deluxe, was recently purchased. Originally it came with a 289 two barrel, C4 auto, 2.80 rear. The previous owner installed a punched 302 and an ugly interior, diamond-tuck over the stock door panels, "81" T-Bird seat and a non-stock steering wheel, Gross! Fortunately the car also came with the original 289,which I am hoping to install soon. As for the exterior, the car has all the original chrome and other than a bit of rust is not to bad. I am hoping that the other club members will be able to help me with the parts that I need and am looking forward to again driving a "65" Falcon. (I had a "65"Falcon Futura Wagon).
